Debbie is a founding member of Dolenga & Dolenga, PLLC. She oversees the firm’s operations and is responsible for managing the business aspects of our firm. Debbie is a transactional attorney, with particular expertise in financial law, mortgage compliance, real estate, and contract matters.
Debbie began her legal career as general counsel to various mortgage and real estate companies. She has represented financial institutions, mortgage bankers, lenders, and brokers for more than 20 years. She has also counseled corporations and individuals in business transactions, real estate matters, mortgage compliance, and numerous financial matters. Debbie also handles a variety of business transactions through negotiation and drafting of contracts for clients, including those in the banking, real estate, and landlord/tenant industries.
Debbie also manages our business operations. She works to improve the daily operations of our firm by making sure that we have appropriate policies and procedures, as well as the latest and best technology available to our employees. This allows us to provide our clients with superior and efficient service. Debbie manages the financial operations of the firm and also ensures that Dolenga & Dolenga complies with employment and business regulations.
