Keith is an attorney who works as of counsel to Dolenga & Dolenga, PLLC. He has over 15 years of civil litigation experience. Keith has a unique background. In addition to his work as an attorney, he is also a full-time police officer, serving as the Lieutenant of a local police department. As such, Keith brings unique insight, investigative skills, and outstanding research capabilities to the practice of law. Keith assists the attorneys in our firm with business issues, insurance disputes, medical malpractice, and numerous other civil matters. He has also handled Appeals at all levels of State and Federal Courts.
In his commercial and business practice, Keith assists our clients and attorneys with contract review and drafting, as well as the development of policies, procedures, and other important legal documents. He also provides advise on employment and general business issues. He is also involved with commercial, business, and consumer litigation, especially legal and factual research, brief writing, dispositive motions, and appellate work pertaining to the matters that we handle in Michigan and throughout the United States.
In his insurance, medical malpractice, and personal injury practice, Keith assists us in the representation of hospitals, doctors, insurance companies, and others. He utilizes his unique background and research capabilities to assist our clients and attorneys in the complex investigative and research issues necessary to successfully litigate cases in State and Federal Courts throughout Michigan and elsewhere.
Keith is also a certified Probate Attorney, such that he can handle estate planning, wills, trusts, and other important life care planning legal documents.
