Michael is a founding member of Dolenga & Dolenga, PLLC.  He has over 25 years of experience as a lawyer. Michael focuses his litigation practice on medical malpractice, commercial litigation, personal injury, insurance claims, and consumer disputes. Michael serves as State, Regional, and National Counsel for several major companies. He has a long track record of achieving the best possible results for his clients through trials, motions, negotiations, and Facilitative Mediation. Michael also handles appeals at all levels of state and federal courts.

In his medical malpractice, personal injury, and insurance business Michael represents doctors, hospitals, insurance companies, nurses, other medical care providers, and clinics in various matters. Due to his vast experience and cost-efficient ways of handling litigation, our clients rely on Michael to handle their most complex and unique situations. Therefore, he routinely handles litigation involving wrongful death, intricate medical issues, catastrophic injuries, and complex tort case.

Michael also handles a variety of commercial and consumer disputes. Manufacturers, dealers, and individuals involved with the production and sale of consumer goods and other products trust him to litigate their cases throughout the entire state of Michigan. Due to his long record of success, our clients also rely on Michael to handle matters throughout the United States. Michael also assists our clients with risk management, litigation prevention, and employment issues. He has developed and implemented programs to help numerous companies, including manufacturers, dealers, and others, to protect themselves from litigation and improve their profit margins. He drafts warranties, contracts, policies, procedures, and other important legal documents for our clients, including those in the recreational vehicle and mobility industries, to assist with those issues. He also trains Sales, Human Resources, and Service staff on how to work with clients, minimize risks, and improve their business practices. He has lectured at state and national conventions on these issues, and he has written numerous articles for various publications about these topics.

Alternative Dispute Resolution Practice
Michael also has an active and growing ADR practice. He was one of the first individuals in Michigan to become a certified Mediator by the Michigan Supreme Court Administrator’s office, and he is highly involved in alternative dispute resolution.  He is often referred matters by judges or hired by attorneys to serve as a mediator, facilitator, or arbitrator.  Because of his ability to identify issues, connect with litigants, and perceive the needs of attorneys and parties involved in litigation, he has successfully resolved hundreds of matters in his ADR practice.
