He prepares and reviews contracts to determine and avoid potential pitfalls in the event of issues or breach. He drafts important business documents such as warranties, policies, and procedures. He assists clients with risk management, financial, and litigation prevention strategies.
Prior to joining our firm in 2016, Nick was the lead commercial attorney at a firm where he handled hundreds of commercial matters. The amount in controversy ranged from thousands of dollars to millions of dollars. That type of litigation experience gives Nick the skills to represent our clients in a manner most beneficial to them.
