Paul DeCorte

Paul is an Associate with Dolenga & Dolenga, PLLC. He focuses his practice on commercial, consumer, personal injury and medical malpractice litigation.  He is also active in the firm’s litigation prevention, business consulting, and risk management practice areas.

Paul assists our manufacturing, dealership, and other clients in their litigation in the state of Michigan and throughout the country.  Paul works on discovery, dispositive motions, and trial issues with the Partners of our firm on many of those cases.  He also assists with reviewing and preparing important business documents to ensure our clients are in compliance with relevant laws.

Prior to joining our firm, Paul worked in the Wayne County Prosecutor’s Office handling litigation in the criminal justice system.  He also worked as an attorney at Lakeshore Legal Aid assisting low-income tenants in summary eviction proceedings.  Paul worked for the City of Toledo first as a law clerk and then as an administrative analyst.  During law school Paul worked as a Judicial Extern in the United States District Court for the Western District of Ohio.  In college Paul studied abroad in Japan and taught English classes to students from elementary school up through university. Paul joined Dolenga & Dolenga, PLLC in 2021. He currently assists the other attorneys in the firm with litigation matters, litigation prevention, business consulting, and risk management issues. He manages certain matters on his own, while utilizing our collaborative, team approach to get our clients the best possible results in all situations.
